Day 8 – 5,000 Swings and Healthy Eating

  40 swings- one set 50 H2H walking swings…or just H2H swings 40 one arm swings…get heavy with it for sets of 5/5 36 swings- one set ~166 swings…get it! Healthy eating tip: Make water more enjoyable (if needed)Try Infused Water. For flavor I put fresh fruit / or cucumber in my water pitcher overnight.
