SCHEDULE


  • Evening classes can be added per request with 3 or more people! More class times will open up with attendance increase.
  • M-W-F mornings at 7:45am in Sandwich (6 ppl MAX)
  • Weekday mornings at 9am &Saturday morning at 8am in PLANO (8 ppl MAX)

Each class will likely contain some kettlebell.  If you don’t know any kettlebell, I will teach you.  (Fridays are usually suspension strap training – scaled to suit your personal fitness level.) Saturday is typically kettelbell heavy with a bootcamp feel.
