Let’s stop cursing gravity and make it work for US! TRX is a great body weight suspension training workout. You can hit every muscle in your body simply using two straps (securely!) suspended from a bar. Your instructor will design workouts based on your needs and your fitness level. Gain confidence and LOTS of core strength – then take it back to whatever training style you like best to up your game! NOTE: Don’t be intimidated. Our trainers know how to regress moves and workouts to meet you where you are!
Unlimited Team Training & GroupX Memberships are always included with your Small Group Personal Training Membership! We want you to have access to the best trainers, best fitness friends and a great support system to help you reach your goals.
$300/per person for 8 sessions in a month. Unlimited Team Training Membership included while you are training. Your will need to renew each month. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to keep your SGPT time slot 1 week before the end of the month.
