This isn’t a martial arts program, but a strength and conditioning program thru the lens of MMA. A fighter needs the endurance to go hard for 5 five-minute rounds. They need core strength and agility in order to control their opponent and escape from being controlled! A good training program needs to take these qualities into consideration, while not compromising any of them…speed, agility, raw power and control.
Are you wondering how this may translate into your everyday life? Follow an active 4 year old through the grocery store on a bad day.. you will not only NEED the stress relief from your training sessions, you will need speed to catch up, agility to dodge falling cans in aisle 3, raw power to lift said child out of harms way and control so you don’t… well, you know!

Unlimited Team Training & GroupX Memberships are always included with your Small Group Personal Training Membership! We want you to have access to the best trainers, best fitness friends and a great support system to help you reach your goals.
$300/per person for 8 sessions in a month. Unlimited Team Training Membership included while you are training. Your will need to renew each month. Email email@example.com to keep your SGPT time slot 1 week before the end of the month.
