Not only are Mike and Chris proficient in their own fields, they are long time members at Center-Fit. They understand and follow hardstyle kettlebell and good movement practices! Chris is a physical therapist who practices what he preaches! He will be coaching our regular 9am, 5:30pm and 7pm Kettlebell classes as well as a SPECIAL 1 hr movement clinic at 6pm!
Class Description:
Do you feel restricted when you reach or move? Can you squat, roll and crawl? These are all basic moves that everyone should be able to do, however many of us have lost the ability in one area or another… age, wear and tear, injury can all be culprits. Chris WELLER will lead an instructional based class designed to educate you and your body on movement restrictions and ways to combat these limitations. Participants can expect a variety of mobility drills and ideas as well as some great movement patterns to work up a sweat . Come ready to learn and prepared to work with just your own body!
