Kickboxing Small Group Personal Training
Get rid of some of that frustration and aggression through punching and kicking! We will work mitts/pads, heavy bag, and body weight drills building combinations of upper and lower body strikes. No experience required.No sparring. In order to participate you must have your own wraps.We have nice gauze ones that are under $5 roll! (We have plenty of gloves to use if you need).
